Kakyuusei 2: Anthology is a two episode OVA at 29 minutes each. It was published in 2006 by Pink Pineapple. It takes it’s source from a manga that has the same title but also goes by Underclassmates 2, which also appears to be a game.
Rōma and Tamaki are childhood friends who have a sexual relationship, even though they do not have feelings for each other. So not exactly friends but not exactly lovers. One day Tamaki proposes that they break up because Rōma refused to use contraception during sex. This wasn’t received well. However, because they belong to the same club, they have to meet. Seeing their cold attitudes, Yuuri (a good friend) gets to know about the matter, and tries to mend their relationship by making them friends again. Now Yuri develops feelings for Roma which she tries to hide. But once she confesses who feelings to him Roma and her began a reoccurring fling.
The art in Kakyuusei 2: Anthology it was well drawn and the style comparable to most of the overwhelmingly average hentai series. Likewise, the voice acting was decent. However, the constant low-bass run-of-the-mill porn music can easily get on your nerves after a while. The story was far fetched, unrealistic and cheesy. But that’s hanime for you.
